PSI has been involved in the advancement and development of Project Management in Thailand for many years through it's support of and participation in the Project Management Institute Bangkok, Thailand Chapter and provision of project management training courses.  PSI is the only private Global Registered Education Provider® certified by the Project Management Institute® in Thailand and an Education Affiliate of the Boston University Corporate Education Center for Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam and Sri Lanka to provide Project Management training courses.  These courses are mainly geared towards the preparation for taking PMI®'s Project Management Professional (PMP®) Exam. These courses are presented in English and Thai and participants are awarded Boston University Corporate Education Center Completion Certificates upon completion.

In addition to the courses mentioned below, PSI can also provide other courses from the Boston University Corporate Education Center catalogue, with notice, or create custom in-house training programs to meet individual company requirements.

MDP169 - Project Management Fast Track - The Project Management Fast Track is a hands-on program that is aligned with the Project Management Institutes (PMI®) Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide). This program is designed to help you understand and pull together all the knowledge areas and processes of project management necessary to plan and execute, control and close successful projects.

MDP407 -  Principles & Techniques of Project Management - This 3-day course provides an overview of project management concepts and principles using lecture and discussions.    An integrated case study will provide students with a first-hand opportunity to practice the theories and concepts discussed in the classroom throughout the course. This course is 100% compliant with       the Project Management Institute's (PMI®) current Project Management Body of Knowledge. (PMBOK® Guide)

MDP273 -  Project Risk Management- Project managers are critically examining their approach to managing risk. To remain competitive, project managers cannot afford to set up contingencies or control measures for every conceivable risk. Rather, they must determine proportionate expenditure to managing risk. This course introduces learners to widely accepted risk assessment, management, and control practices using tools and techniques. This course is 100% compliant with the Project Management Institute’s (PMI®) current Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®)

PSI5927 - Managing Project using MS Project 2007 - This three-day instructor-led course provides students with the knowledge and skills to build, maintain, and control well-formed project plans. MS Project is a project management tool that facilitates assembly and tracking of projects, and enables project managers to quickly reconfigure plans as needed .This course shows you how to drive the tool through each stage of the project management life cycle and offers multiple best practices for using the software while defining, planning, executing, and closing a project. This course also teaches you how to use all of the new features included in the software.

MDP118 - Developing Project Management Office (PMO) - To complete in the current challenging economic environment, successful organizations are embracing project management as part of their overall strategy to achieve business results. Learn how a properly organized and managed Project Management Office can help your organization to achieve business success.

Implementing Information Security & Achieving ISO 27001:2005 Certification - This 3 day intensive course is a highly customized workshop including practical exercises where participants will be required to apply their learned knowledge on the real life scenarios at their respective organizations. As the Lead Trainer of the course, our ISO 27001 Lead Consultant will provide on the spot consulting for the participants organizations along with detailed understanding of the ISO 27001 standard.
